 Shift+Option+K “an apple a day…”

it appears that UPS has no idea of what s going on. the customer service agent told me that my package was @ a hub about 40 miles from the shift option k labs. one hour later we saw the UPS guy walking toward us.

one of our current shift option k laptops is a macbook pro 2.2 intel core 2 duo with 2 gigabytes of ram and a 120 gigabyte hard drive. those specs arent horrible but could definitely use some upgrading.
