it appears that UPS has no idea of what s going on. the customer service agent told me that my package was @ a hub about 40 miles from the shift option k labs. one hour later we saw the UPS guy walking toward us.

tomorrow the shift option k labs will be installing 4gb of ram into one of our two identical macbook pros. we will then do some testing. stay tuned for results.
one of our current shift option k laptops is a macbook pro 2.2 intel core 2 duo with 2 gigabytes of ram and a 120 gigabyte hard drive. those specs arent horrible but could definitely use some upgrading.
